Our VoiceMeUp project offers its services to businesses in Canada, US and other parts of the world. Our innovative solutions have enabled us to stand out in the field of Voice over IP. We are expanding and we are looking for a technology enthusiast for our team.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a high-performing Account Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by cultivating a win-win business relationship with our customers, resellers and affiliates. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential and crafting sales strategies for our various services and products.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients.
  • Acquire new customers by prospecting and securing new accounts.
  • Develop new business relationships to increase sales volume.
  • Anticipate the present and future needs of customers, make the necessary efforts to offer suitable options and seize any additional business opportunity.
  • Make direct sales and promote our products and services to existing customers.
  • Ensure good customer management by doing the necessary follow-ups.
  • Provide pre and post sales support for potential and existing customers.
  • Stay up to date on our products, prices and solutions as well as those of our competitors.
  • Promote the company’s brands and products at special events, act as a spokesperson.
  • Responsible for developing and growing the affiliate network.

SKILLS

  • Perfectly bilingual – English and French, written and oral.
  • Desire to be part of the team.
  • Show leadership and autonomy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Very good ability to analyze and solve problems.

COMPETENCES

  • Sales experience – Minimum 2 years.
  • Experience in customer service – Minimum 2 years.
  • Have received sales training.
  • Computer / network / technology knowledge.
  • Excellent time management ability and priorities.
  • Have a sense of initiative developed.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, organizational and presentation skills.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, independent and team-oriented.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College diploma in computer technology or any relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a related field (telecommunications).
