The senior web developer will be responsible for concept, development, documentation and maintenance of existing and new projects in collaboration with the other members. Strong mastering of PHP Object Orient Programming, near perfect knowledge of SQL and concrete experience working with complex web projects is required.
Essential Job Functions :
- Develop Web applications using technologies such as PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Flash.
- Define and organize technical designs specifications.
Mandatory requirements and Competencies:

Internet Infinity is a web development firm operating in the Voice Over IP (VoIP) field and Web Hosting for over 5 years now. Our VoiceMeUp project offers it's services to businesses in the Canada, US and other parts of the world. We are looking for a customer care representative to assist with customer inquiries.
They will be responsible for front-line queries of our customers.
Understand and identify customers issues in details, which are then delegated to technical team.
Responsible for recording, managing and replying to customers via internal ticketing system.
Essential Job Functions :
- Provide general customer support to our customers – account activation, login, payment, invoice, account usage.
- Understand customer issues and gather relevant information in order to provide the technical team with details.
- Ensure client satisfaction through handling concerns or objections by resolving and properly escalating as required.
- “Type up” voicemails in support ticketing system.
- Record incoming calls via internal ticketing system.
- Replying to customer inquiries via – phone, ticket system or live chat.
- Assign ticket to the appropriate person/department.
Mandatory requirements and Competencies:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years experience in customer support.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to customers, peers, and management. Is positive, pleasant, and respectful.
- Working knowledge and experience with technology such as computers, Internet, emails, online instant messenging and traditionnal phone features.
